Cyril Viennot and Caroline Steffen stepped out of 2016 VNG IRONMAN 70.3 Vietnam as champions for male and female contest, respectively.

On the men’s side, Cyril Viennot – a representative from France finished the contest in 3:54:09, followed by Tim Van Berkel from Australia (3:55:08) and Luke McKenzie also from Australia (3:59:18). On the woman’s side, Caroline Steffen – a representative from Swiss, secured first place with a total time of 4:12:18, beating Czech Republic’s Radka Vodickova (4:15:46) and Aussie Liz Blatchford (4:19:46).
There are over 1,000 local and foreign participants coming from 60 countries who competed on this extreme contest. Along with them are more than 20 world-class professional contestants.
